The innovations on which ChoiceBot are based were first developed by founder Nick Desbarats in 2006, and commercialized following extensive testing a refinement in the years following. Prior to founding ChoiceBot Inc., Nick founded or co-founded three software companies, the last being BitFlash Inc., which raised over $20MM in venture financing and which was acquired by OpenText Corp. The company's investors and strategic advisors include renowned leaders from the retail, software and Internet sectors.

ChoiceBot Inc. is a privately-held, with offices in San Francisco, California and Ottawa, Canada. Having raised several rounds of private financing from experienced angel investors, the company is well-positioned to leverage its revolutionary, patent-pending decision-assisting technology.
